School Policies (Cancellation of Admission and Refund Policy, School Uniform Policy)
School Rules and Regulations
Attendance: Students should be punctual and regular. They should also attend school on time and not be tardy or early dismissed. If a student is absent from school for too many days without notice, their name may be removed from the school register.
Leave: If in any case a student wants to take leave, they have to give a prior leave application. If in case of an emergency, a student has taken leave without prior intimation, please submit a leave note while joining.
PTM : Parents should attend every parent’s teacher meeting to learn about their child’s progress. A Rs.100 fine will be charged if the parent remains absent for PTM.
Seminar: Our school regularly conducts online and offline seminars on various subjects for better development of students and parents. It is compulsory to attend these seminars.
Dress code: Students should wear the correct school uniform that is clean and ironed. They should also maintain personal hygiene, keep their hair neat, and keep their nails short.
Behavior: Students should be respectful, polite, and well-mannered towards teachers, elders, and visitors. They should not use abusive language, quarrel, shout, or whistle.
Classroom Rules: Students should raise their hand before speaking, listen to others, and participate in class discussions. They should not talk while the teacher or another student is presenting material.
Safety: Students should walk calmly and safely in the school hallways. They should report any accidents or injuries to teachers or school staff.
School Property: Students should take care of school property and keep the classrooms and school premises clean and tidy.
Leaving School Property: Students should not leave the school property without a parent, guardian, or school faculty member.
School rules can help create a safe learning space, build a culture of respect, and prepare students for real-world responsibilities.
RULES CONCERNING WITHDRAWAL
A clear calendar month’s notice or a month’s fee in lieu of the notice is to be paid before a pupil is withdrawn.
In all cases, except at the end of the Grade 12, a calendar month’s notice must be given before a student is withdrawn. Failure to provide the requisite notice will result in payment (or become adjustable against any balance with the School) of Fees for the full succeeding month. Exception may be made in case of a sudden transfer.
Those who leave the school in the month of May must in all cases pay the fee for the month of June.
TC will not be issued until all dues are settled.
CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION
In case the child withdraws his admission and doesn’t join the school, admission processing fee and one month tuition fee of the child will be payable by the parent to the school. Any refund after deduction of admission processing fee & one month tuition fee will be made (if applicable).
REMOVAL
- The School is not liable to refund to the Parents unless all outstanding dues have been paid in full.
- Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
a) Disciplinary.
b) Absence without approval.
